Terms of Sale
Please note the following terms of sale:
1. General
All risks associated with goods supplied, including damage in transit, pass to the buyer at the point of despach ex our warehouse. The responsibility lies with the purchaser to ensure adequate insurance coverage for risk.
2.Delivery
All prices are quoted excluding the cost of delivery. Delivery charges will depend on location and access to the delivery address/property.
3. Prices
All prices are fixed and discounts do not apply.
4. Payment
All payments are to be made by credit card (VISA & MasterCard Only), cash, EFTPOS, or Direct deposits.
Please note company and personal cheques are not accepted.
5. Warranty
All warranties are on defective parts and workmanship only unless otherwise indicated.
Any defective unit or part must be returned for inspection.
Tampering with products immediately voids any warranty.
Misuse, accidents, or reasonable wear and tear are not warrantable.
6. Returns
Refunds are not offered for change of mind or if the purchaser makes a wrong decision.
Suitability of the product is determined by the purchaser and no responsibility is taken for the suitability or prescription of products to individuals or their circumstances.
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
All costs associated with the return of goods are at the expense of the customer.
All claims must include proof of purchase, as well as serial numbers and invoices where applicable. Any goods returned may be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted where goods are returned in packaging that is damaged, written upon or in an otherwise unsaleable condition.
No returns are accepted in the case of items of a personal nature including bathroom and toilet equipment, or items worn next to the skin.
7. Trials
No goods are offered for trial, evalutation or approval.
